Welcome to the KITPC
This is the online application/registration system for KITPC programs, workshops etc, if you’re planning to participate in KITPC activities, please make sure to fill in the online application:

First step: Setting up and activating your account in KITPC using your email address if you have never logged into KITPC before. If you have applied for KITPC activities online through the old webpage before, your email address that you filled in before is your account, and you just need to set up a password to enter the new system.

Second step: Fill in or modify your personal information.

Last step: Select the program, workshop that you’re interested in, and fill in your visit infomation.
Note: Once you apply for a KITPC program, your information is saved permanently, no need to fill in again when you apply for KITPC program next time.

Attention for domestic graduate students:
If you want to attend the KITPC activities, besides completing the online application, please also provide a cv and recommendation to kitpc@itp.ac.cn, otherwise your application will not be successfully acceptted.

Attention for foreign graduate students:
You may apply for KITPC activities unless you have requisite financial support or you are the affiliate visitor with your supervisor, and the expenses shall be paid by the sponsoring professor.
